Inspections Unlimited, Inc is now starting it's 27th year of professional home inspections.

Inspections Unlimited, Inc started as the first full time professional home inspection company in the Lafayette/ W. Lafayette Indiana area and surrounding counties in 1984.

We do no construction work, either remodeling or repairs, on any house or buildings we inspect.

Confidentially and integrity towards our client and their interests shall be the highest priority of Inspections Unlimited, Inc.

Inspections Unlimited will only represent one party in a transaction unless all parties consent prior to the inspection.

Inspection results and the report shall be the exclusive property of the client and Inspections Unlimited, Inc.

Results of the inspection work shall not be used to obtain additional work in another field.

Inspections Unlimited, Inc does not accept fees or other commissions either directly or indirectly from parties dealing with a client in connection with work performed by this office.

Inspections Unlimited, Inc will disclose to the client and all vested interest relative to that clients and his/her inspection.
