A Flat Fee For A Standard Single Family Home
Standard Single Family:
- One Heating and Cooling System
- One Electrical System and Panel Box
- One Main Structure and One Detached Garage If The House Has No Garage Attached.
- One Plumbing System (Up To Three Bathrooms and One Kitchen)
- All Site Work Relative To The House
- Sidewalks
- Driveway
- Retaining Walls
- Decks/Concrete Slabs
- Structure
- Roof
- Attic
- Ceilings/Walls/Floors
- Basement/Crawlspace/Concrete Slab
Additional charges will apply on a per unit bases.
Payment
Fees are due at the conclusion of the inspection or if arrangements have been made to be paid when the typed written report is delivered/picked up by the client.
No fees will be collected through any closing process.
Cancellation Policy
For The Tippecanoe County Area:
Cancellation of a full whole house inspection must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the inspection and no fees will be accessed.
Cancellation of a full hole house inspection made less than 24 hours prior to the inspection but greater than 12 hours prior to that inspection will be accessed half the present fee of that inspection.
Cancellation of a whole house inspection made less than 12 hours prior to that inspection will require payment of the full inspection fee. A percentage of that fee can be applied to the inspection of another property. The percentage is subject to how soon notice of the cancellation was received and how soon another appointment is scheduled.
The above cancellation fees will be waved if another inspection can be scheduled in the time frame of the original appointment.
